Profile
North Epping is a leafy suburb and is located 19kms from Sydney CBD. It is surrounded by bushland of the upper section of Lane Cove National Park. There are many walking trails, including the Great North Walk.
One of the well-known landmarks is Whale Rock. It has a large sporting community and offers many sporting fields. North Epping is a smaller suburb with the population being only 4,526 (2016 census)
North Epping has always been undervalued compared to its adjoining suburb Epping.
There has been a positive and well deserved growth in home values as it offers a quieter lifestyle and offers a friendly community feel. Once you move into North Epping it is hard to ever leave hence majority of homes sold in the area are to the locals.
The two main meeting spots for the locals are the dog park and the local village shops.
What we love about North Epping:
•The leafy surrounds, bush tracks and sports grounds
•The intimacy of the local primary school ‘Epping North Public School’
•The community feel
•Local village shops and restaurants as the meeting hub
